Can you really be friends with someone if you have to lie to them all of the time? Think about the characters in this book. How do they prove to each other they are good friends even with all of the lying? Use examples from the book to prove your point.
Ben is accepted into the Junior CIA Academy, but doesn't seem to fit in. Can you connect his experience to that of another character in a different book? How are their experiences the same? How are they different? Be specific!
People don't always make the best decisions when they are under stress. Talk about one of the characters and one of the decisions he/she made in the story. Was it a good decision? Use what happened in the story to prove what you think.
